The signature Healthy Sperm Program includes six individual consultations, a dedicated client portal, tailored supplement regime, meal plan and recipes, bonus resources and a recipe book. The price for this program is $1050 in total. Valued at over $1350 (with the initial consultation having a price of $300 and the review sessions priced at $150 plus add on features) this program encompasses everything you need to empower you to boost the health of your sperm.

Initial Nutritional Assessment

An individual nutrition assessment includes a comprehensive assessment looking at your health and medical history, current supplements and medications, your sleep and work habits, stress and physical activity levels and a thorough nutritional analysis to inform a personalised nutrition plan. The price for an individual nutritional assessment is $350.

Follow Up Review Session

A follow up review session is an integral part of your fertility journey. This session will track your progress, build on your fertility knowledge and nutrition plan and provide you with further tools to continue towards your fertility goals. The price for a follow up review session is $200.
