Welcome to DT Fertility and Pregnancy, where our goal is to empower you to achieve your fertility goals. Renee Dowie is the founder of DT Fertility and Pregnancy and is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Certified Fertility Dietitian, specialising in Men’s Infertility. With over 15 years of experience as a dietitian, Renee brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to DT Fertility and Pregnancy. Additionally, Renee works as a senior dietitian at one of Melbourne’s major hospitals, where she continues to impact lives through the power of nutrition.
Have you completed a sperm analysis that showed an abnormal sperm count, sperm motility or sperm morphology? If so, you’re not alone. The World Health Organisation has identified that 1 in 6 couples experience infertility, and male factors account for 30% of cases. Idiopathic (or unexplained) infertility is present in 30% of male infertility cases and several lifestyle factors have been associated with idiopathic male infertility, including obesity, smoking, alcohol consumption, stress, heat exposure, physical activity levels and environmental toxins.
As a passionate fertility dietitian specialising in men’s infertility, Renee Dowie has recognised the importance of helping men boost the health of their sperm to optimise the chances of a healthy pregnancy. Renee has developed a unique, comprehensive, personalised Healthy Sperm Program that assists men in achieving their fertility goals by addressing not only diet but overall lifestyle, including stress, sleep patterns, physical activity, and environmental exposures.
The Healthy Sperm Program is an evidence-informed program that includes a personalised nutritional assessment, six one-on-one virtual consultations, access to a dedicated client portal, personalised meal plans with recipes, a tailored supplement regime, bonus add-on features and a recipe book, all designed to optimise male fertility through targeted nutritional and lifestyle interventions.
We work closely with you to understand your unique situation and develop a personalised plan that addresses your specific needs. This collaborative approach ensures that your plan is practical, achievable and tailored to you, enhancing your chances of success.
At DT Fertility and Pregnancy, we are committed to providing evidence-based care to our clients. This means that all our services, including our signature Healthy Sperm Program, are founded on the latest clinical evidence.
